Chambers Bay - Executive and D1 NCAA College Player Golf Event

Leadership & Golf (L&G), where LEADERS GIVE, is a nonprofit on a mission to build future leaders in this event with the D1 Golf Athletic Program.

L&G works closely with PAC12, California, Oregon, Washington, and others participating in NCAA Division 1 Golf programs. L&G brings athletes, coaches, parents, and leaders onto its platform to offer programs, events, and content to build relationships and mentorship opportunities. L&G organizes golf events where athletes share their golf skills through clinics while the executives inspire, mentor, and share their experiences, successes, and challenges.

Seattle University Golf Coach Marc Chandonnet and University of Washington Women's Golf Coach Mary Lou Mulflur graciously offered to partner with L&G to bring 36 successful executives to participate alongside at least 36+ players at their Pacific NorthWest Woman's Invitational on September 17, 2023, at Chambers Bay.

Merchandise and Memorabilia: The executives will receive L&G merchandise, balls, Chambers Bay event memorabilia, and other sponsored goodies. They will participate in the following activities with the D1 Golf Players.

Golf Clinics: The players will share tips for being a successful golfer. Leaders will learn to chip, putt, and manage bunker shots. You will receive driving tips for distance and accuracy and tips for your approach game at the driving range.

Lunch & 18 Holes of Golf: Leaders spend 1-1 time with an athlete throughout the day. They eat lunch together, walk 18 holes with caddies assisting them, and have meaningful, memorable conversations about life, leadership, successes, and challenges while golfing.

Networking & Dinner: At the end of the Golf round, network with fellow executives and coaches over drinks and join the athletes for a special dinner. We will have some executives, sponsors, and players speak about their experiences and share inspiring stories.

Livecast and Memories: GameKast will live-cast the event globally. Players, parents, and leaders' families watch the event on small and big screens. Pictures, awards for long drives, closest to pin, and putting winners will be acknowledged.

We know this will be a special event for everyone, develop new relationships, create a purpose, and leave a lasting impact on athletes' and executives' lives. This is the beginning of the journey. We hope the newfound relationships move from the course to the platform where these leaders and athletes get into mentorship programs through 1-1 sessions.

Our goal is that one day, these athletes come back as executives and give back to the next generation of leaders.
